Ferguson Beauregard Debuts iChem Solar Chemical Injection System

Ferguson Beauregard launched a joint engineering effort with our sister companies; Blackmer and Neptune, part of Dover's Pump Solutions Group – and is the ultimate answer to unreliable chemical-injection systems that do not deliver the desired results.
The iChem's superior diaphragm pump design from Neptune Chemical Pump allows it to deliver consistent, accurate injection rates at well pressures up to 1,200 psi. In addition, the iChem's design:
- Eliminates Chemical Leaks – The seal-less design of the diaphragm pump reduces maintenance calls and virtually eliminates downtime. The absence of O-rings on the pump's wet end allows compatibility with a wide range of chemicals.
- Eases Calibration and Use – A user-friendly digital controller with numeric keypad and LCD display for simple, precise calibration that makes settings highly accurate and easy to operate.
- Reduces Operator Time at Well Sites – The iChem does not need to be adjusted, nor have its packing replaced, while its intelligent controls allow maximum visibility and real-time, off-site monitoring and control.
- Increases Production and Reduces Chemical Expenses – Even with pressure variances, the iChem delivers consistent, accurate injection rates, which can be set at 0 to 45 gallons a day, resulting in better well yields.
